SPECIFIC TASKS
- Search and approach customers who need to use advertising services.
- Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers, ensure satisfaction and optimize long-term cooperation.
- Consulting on suitable advertising solutions on the AWING platform, helping customers achieve effective marketing and brand promotion goals.
- Conduct price negotiations and contract terms with customers, ensuring win-win agreements for customers for AWING.
- Achieve sales targets: Achieve or exceed assigned monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the field of Sales/B2B Business Development (priority given to candidates with experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising).
- Communication skills: Ability to communicate and negotiate, persuade corporate customers.
- Marketing knowledge: Preferably have understanding (or willingness to learn and explore) of marketing concepts.
- Presentation and teamwork skills: Proficient in presentation, consulting and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in office tools: Proficient in using office tools such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint (presentation skills are an advantage).
- Personal qualities: Positive energy, flexible and persistent.
SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS
Unlimited income, including:
- Fixed salary from 12 - 25 million/month
- Lunch allowance: VND 770,000/month
- Mobile allowance (personal): VND 500,000 per month
- 13th month salary bonus based on business performance
- Sales Bonus – Unlimited Bonus
Bonus for achieving minimum KPI every 6 months
Bonus for excellent OKR achievement every 6 months
